On 20 December 2024, the 4th quarterly HR/Admin (HRA) meeting was held in Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ) with 58 participants from various factories in the zone.

The meeting covered a range of topics, including Life insurance products from Camlife Insurance, the Zone’s Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Report for 2024, and the plan for 2025. Other topics included updates on Zone Security, Private Security measures, and the issuance of Vehicle Passes for 2025 from Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc.  Additionally, H.E Pol Chandara from the representative office of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training in RGPPSEZ presented on Self-Declaration process, foreign work permit for 2025 and reminded some important points related to the Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management.

This quarterly HRA meeting was a great opportunity for participants to stay up to date with the current labor laws and other relevant issues. It also allowed representatives from the various factories within the zone to share their knowledge and experiences, fostering collaboration and mutual learning. The meeting was a resounding success, and we look forward to hosting more such events in the future.
